A request is not a booking
Sending the form on this website places no obligation on you and reserves nothing. We reply with real availability and a price. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing and any agreed deposit has been received.
Prices
Prices depend on the house, the dates and the number of guests. Enter your dates on the website for a live price, or ask us and we will confirm.
What is included
At Villa Ana and Villa Danica, breakfast, an airport transfer, a car with driver and a Sea Ray with skipper are included in the stay; guests cover only the boat fuel. Padel, the gym and bicycles are included. Villa Vinko is a self-catering house without these services. Every offer states clearly what is included.
Deposit and payment
A deposit of 20% confirms your booking; the balance is due before or on arrival as set out in your offer. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation
Once the deposit is paid it is non-refundable. Bookings made through Booking.com follow that channel’s own terms. The full terms are stated in your offer before you commit.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out can sometimes be arranged — just ask.
Number of guests
The number of guests agreed in the booking is the number that may stay in the house. Please tell us in advance if it changes.
The houses
These are private family houses, not hotels. We ask you to treat them accordingly. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Parties and events require our agreement in advance.
Liability
We maintain the houses and their equipment with care. We are not liable for interruptions outside our control, such as power or water supply failures, weather, or road and ferry disruption.
Applicable law
Croatian law applies. We would always rather resolve a problem by talking than by any other means.
