The largest pool of the three — a heated 70 m² MagnaPool — set 80 m from the sea, with a covered summer kitchen, barbecue and dining terrace looking out over the bay.
Five bedrooms and five bathrooms plus a guest WC, for up to ten guests. Sea-facing rooms in stone and oak, each with a 65-inch television.
A fully equipped private gym — racks, treadmill and cable machine — for training without leaving the house.
An open-plan kitchen in blue onyx with a Jura coffee machine and a walk-in pantry, flowing into a dining space that opens fully onto the terrace.
A home cinema with Sennheiser in every room and Bose or B&W speakers, and 65-inch televisions in the bedrooms — a step above, built in.
Breakfast supplies, an airport transfer, a car with driver and a Sea Ray with skipper can all be arranged. Ten bicycles and a kitchen garden come with the house, with Starlink throughout and shampoo, soap and a kilo of coffee waiting. Padel in Supetar is included for guests of Villa Ana and Villa Danica — we book the court and the driver takes you there and back.
