Who we are
This website is operated by Teo Vujčić, Palinovečka 33, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. For any question about your data, write to info@vadvillas.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number, country, the dates and number of guests you are asking about, the house you are interested in, and your message. Nothing else. We do not ask for identity documents or payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, if you decide to book, to arrange your stay. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the form, and, once a booking exists, the performance of a contract with you.
Who else sees it
The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this website, and the notification reaches our own mailbox. No one else has access. We do not use advertising or tracking services on this site.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. We intend to serve the fonts from our own server before launch so that this stops happening.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months. Booking records: for as long as Croatian tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Write to us and we will answer. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP, azop.hr).
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
